* If you’re currently with a provider that uses the Openreach network (such as BT, TalkTalk, Plusnet, EE and more), then we’ll take care of everything for you and you usually don’t need to inform your old provider. If you’re with Sky/NowTV or a provider that use their own network (Virgin Media, Hyperoptic or CityFibre) then you’ll need to let them know to make sure you don’t continue getting charged. We recommend cancelling your old Direct Debit once you’ve paid any outstanding bills.
